Dimitar graduated from Swarthmore College (USA) and the London School of Economics and has over 12 years of experience investing in renewable energy.
Dimitar started his career at PostScriptum Ventures, a London-based private equity fund focused on sustainability investments. At PostScriptum, Dimitar was involved in various investments in the PV, biomass and wind sectors, including the largest biomass power project in the world and the founding of CWP.
In 2009 he joined CWP full-time, where he eventually served as Director, and was involved in the successful development and financing of a number of large-scale wind farms including the largest wind farm in Europe – the €1.1 billion Fantanele project.
Currently Dimitar is a Managing Partner at PostScriptum Ventures and serves as a Board Member of CWP.


Mr. Mark Crandall co-founded Morgan Stanley's commodity trading business in 1984. Subsequently he was the head of Glencore’s oil trading business, and then was a founder of Trafigura which has now become one of the largest physical commodity traders in the world with over €100 billion in revenues. Upon leaving Trafigura in 2005, Mr. Crandall started investing his own personal funds in renewable energy development through PostScriptum Ventures. In 2007 he officially formed CWP where he currently serves as the Chairman and Member of the Executive Board.


Alex is Chief Operating and Financial Officer for CWP Europe. He has more than 20 years of international business experience most of which within the renewable energy sector. Most recently Alex was GM for GE Onshore Wind EMEA projects segment providing operational leadership for 7GWs of onshore wind installations during the period of 4 years, covering project management, proposals & projects procurement, logistics, turnkey solutions, installation & commissioning. In addition, Alex was a managing director of GE Wind Energy GmbH Salzbergen entity with over 1000 Employees. Prior to that he was a CFO for GE Onshore Wind EMEA business driving profitable growth in the region. Prior to Onshore Wind, Alex worked in GE finance leadership roles within Power Generation industry in Netherlands and Italy. Alex is a graduate from two leadership programs within his former company GE, the Financial Management Program (FMP) and GE Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) during which time he worked in UK, Germany, Netherlands, US, South and Latin America. He holds MBA from NIMBAS Graduate School of Management. Alex and his wife Carlijn have one daughter and two sons and live in the Netherlands. He enjoys spending time with his family and likes running, skiing and art.


Maja was a pioneer of the wind energy industry development in Serbia, as a co-owner and director of the first large-scale wind project in Serbia, as well as through her engagement in the Serbian Wind Energy Association. She brings over twenty years of invaluable and multi-angled experience in renewable energy sector, covering wide range of different roles and engagements: from Power Utility restructuring, to RES policy making and RES project development. Some of her notable engagements include being an assistant minister for the power sector, in the Ministry of Energy, Government of Serbia, where she was responsible for allocation of grants for the power sector, oversaw the restructuring and unbundling of the Power Utility of Serbia, managed a project of establishing of the Energy Regulatory Authority and conducted bilateral negotiations on Structure Adjustment Credit with the World Bank. Through Serbian Wind Energy Association, she also helped drafting of RES laws and by-laws with regards to PPA bankability terms and FIT scheme. Maja holds a Masters degree in Power Systems from the University of Belgrade‘s Faculty of Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Imperial College London Business School. Maja gives back to community on a large scale by being actively involved in several non-profit institutions. She is empowering young people in Serbia through her Board presence in Pexim Foundation; She co-founded WISE SEE network (Women in Sustainable Energy) dedicated to empowering women in the industry. Finally, she is constantly working on innovative ways to decarbonize our planet through her active involvement in a regional network of independent energy transition think tanks SE3T.net. Outside of work, Maja enjoys spending time with her large and noisy family, and hiking with her dog. She is an artsy person and never misses a good art exhibition; she loves sketching and painting and indulging herself in old book binding techniques.


Viktor has more than 15 years of experience in renewables, power trading and large scale energy infrastructure business. Prior to his current role, he headed the wind power sales and business development in 27 countries in Eastern Europe, Russia & CIS with Siemens Gamesa, and he held the position of country managing director for Croatia, BiH and Ukraine. Before that Viktor was sales director for the Balkans with Vestas Wind Systems. He holds a degree in engineering in industrial process control and a degree in economics & management of the energy sector. Viktor is a certified power trader on the EXAA spot market in Vienna, Austria and graduated from the Wind Power Technology academy in Aarhus, Denmark.


Andreja has joined CWP in September 2021, with more than 13 years of experience in construction and renewables business. Prior to his current role, Andreja was working for General Electric, as Senior Project Director, leading a team, in charge of building the large-scale Wind Farms, in various countries including Serbia, Israel, Lithuania, Montenegro, Jordan, Spain… He has significant experience in execution of Full Turnkey (EPC) contracts. Before that, he worked for construction companies, Austrian PORR and Slovenian SCT on major construction projects, including building of Ada Bridge (2008-2012), which became landmark of Belgrade, Serbian capital. Andreja holds a Master degree in Structural/Construction Engineering from the University of Belgrade‘s Faculty of Civil Engineering. He is a husband and a father of two highly interesting kids, future game programmer and a painter. Outside of work, Andreja likes to spend time with his family and friends, enjoys the music and basketball.


Jovana graduated from Cambridge University with a First in her LL.M. degree, after simultaneously completing two bachelor’s degrees – a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a BA in English Philology. She is qualified as attorney-at-law, and prior to joining us, she gained several years of experience at the M&A department of a top-notch law firm. Jovana started at CWP in 2022, as Counsel, from which position she rapidly grew into her current role of General Counsel of CWP Europe. Her responsibilities involve managing M&A transactions, evaluating legal risks,co-ordinating contracts in connection with the projects of the group, as well as dealing with corporate matters. Outside work, Jovana enjoys skiing, playing tennis or having a good conversation.


Rade joined CWP in January 2023, with more than 30 years of international experience in the Construction and Renewable Energy industry. Prior to joining CWP, Rade was working for General Electric (GE) as OTR Leader for Eastern Europe, Onshore Wind International. During that assignment, he was heading a Project Management team taking care of implementation of projects, including logistics, budget, schedule, installation, and commissioning of WTGs. He was also leading the EMEA Center of Excellence for EPC – turnkey projects. He served as a Managing Director of GE entities in Montenegro and Serbia. In his previous assignments with French VINCI Construction, he was leading MEP teams in construction of 6 hotels in Vietnam, Germany, Czech Republic and Hungary. With Austrian Porr Bau, he served as Head of Infrastructure for projects in Montenegro and Serbia. Rade holds a M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Belgrade. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.


Andreas is a senior executive with more than 25 years of sales, project management and leadership experience in the renewable energy sector and in industrial companies. After graduating from the Bochum University of Applied Sciences in Process Engineering in 1992 he started his career as project engineer for SIEMENS AG. Andreas continued working as project manager for industrial power plants before he joined the wind business of General Electric in 2000. In 2003 he completed his executive MBA in Controlling and Accounting at Muenster University. Since his entry into the renewables industry Andreas has held C-Level and Managing Director positions for GE Wind Energy, SSB, KENERSYS Europe and Prowind. As a business leader Andreas has led sales, project management and service teams across Europe, MENAT and North America. Over the last five years he served as managing director for a project developer where he set up an asset management structure before starting up a solar development company. In his spare time, he enjoys paragliding, riding his motor bike, reading and spending time with family and friends.


Vladan Rankov is an economist with 15 years of investment banking experience. Last 4 years he spent working as a CFO of an independent Energy Service Company Resalta in CEE. Since 2012 until 2016 he was member of Continental Wind Partners financing team for CEE and Australian projects. He gained experience in renewable energy projects evaluation and financing as well as project development. Since 2006 until 2012 Vladan was gaining experience as investment banker working for several brokerage companies in Serbia, representing foreign investment funds. Vladan was involved in several debt raising transaction during his time at KBC Securities Serbia (investment banking arm of Belgian based KBC). Vladan is licensed portfolio manager in Serbia with a SEC License number 5/0-27-5153/3-09 since October 2009. His personal interest is sustainable agriculture. While not occupied with CWP, he spends his time managing family-owned agricultural farm in Northeastern Serbia. He is a proud father of a 5-year-old girl.


Marko joined CWP in April 2023 as Head of Electricity Market Department. Marko was a pioneer of electricity market development in Serbia with more than 15 years of experience in energy sector, as electrical engineer with a long career of working for public utility “Elektromreža Srbije” (EMS), as well as through engagement in many national and international associations related to electricity market. Prior to joining CWP, Marko was Director of Electricity Market Division in Serbian TSO. During his long carrier in EMS he made key contributions to establish electricity market processes in Serbia, drafting market rules and all necessary legislation without which electricity market cannot be imagined. In the last few years, he had been working with his team on the integration of the national market into the regional and pan-European electricity market. Marko was a member of ENTSO-E Market Committee as well as member of steering committees of single European auction office (JAO Luxemburg) and single European balancing platform for Imbalance Netting (IGCC platform). As an electrical engineer who graduated from Faculty of Electrical Engineering University of Belgrade, he is very proud of his membership in the Serbian National CIGRE and CIRED Committees. Outside of work, he enjoys every moment of his life, spending time with his wife and son and many friends.


Jovanka joined CWP team in December 2022. She holds a Master of Law degree from the University in Belgrade. She holds the title of overall winner of the oratory competition in 1998 at the Faculty of Law, during her fourth year of study. Prior to her current role, she worked in the field of law for more than 20 years, starting her career as a Deputy of Public Prosecutor and since July 2015 she held positions as assistant Minister in the Ministry of Construction, Transport, and Infrastructure and as State Secretary in the Ministry of Mining and Energy of the Republic of Serbia. In the course of her work experience, she participated in numerous legislative activities, especially in the field of company law, planning and construction, special law for the construction of linear infrastructure facilities of special importance for the Republic of Serbia, laws in the field of energy, mining, and geological research, etc. She participated in the reform of regulations in the field of energy by leading the drafting of the first special Law on Renewable Energy Sources, which became part of the legal system of Serbia in April 2021, and which created the basis for the energy transition in Serbia. This law was given the status of the state of the art in this area by the Energy Community. In February 2022, Jovanka received a Special Award from NALED for her outstanding contribution to the improvement of the legal framework in the field of energy and the creation of conditions for greater investments in renewable energy sources. Outside the office, Jovanka spends her free time in nature, listening to the waves of the Danube, watching the most beautiful sunset at the Ram Fortress and training Nordic walking.


Ivaylo graduated with a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and an MPhil in Finance from the University of Cambridge. He joined CWP in 2020 as a financial analyst. In this role, he has been evaluating investment opportunities in the clean energy sector through building detailed financial models as well as conducting company and industry research. He is a well-rounded professional with a passion for business, entrepreneurship, and technology and has experience in multiple analytical domains such as economics, finance, strategy consulting as well as data science. Prior to joining CWP, Ivaylo has worked for a bank in London where he developed an entrepreneurial framework to progress new loan products as well as a start-up where he was responsible for the business development, product-market fit and the financial planning of the company. Outside of work, Ivaylo likes sports, traveling and spending time with friends and family.


Ivan joined CWP in 2016 to pursue his passion for sustainability. He is supporting the development of large-scale renewable energy projects across three continents, and he is involved in growing the nascent Power-to-X industry. In addition to large-scale project development, Ivan has experience in the fields of energy policy analysis, distributed energy generation and autonomous energy systems. An avid sailor and glider pilot, Ivan loves to harness the power of elements for both work and fun. Prior to joining CWP, Ivan has worked for Deutsche Bank (UK) and the Institute for Sustainable Energy Policies (Japan).


Jad is the Director of Finance Operations for CWP Europe. Prior to that role, he held several executive Finance positions in corporate finance, strategy, audit, advisory, M&A, construction & supply chain finance experience in the industrial and capital sector, notably in renewable energy for the last 7 years. Most Recently, Jad was the Supply Chain CFO for GE Offshore Wind, providing finance leadership to support the ramp up of the Haliade X turbine production and the business exponential growth globally, reaching over $1B in 2022. Prior to GE Offshore Wind, Jad worked in GE finance leadership roles within the renewable energy industry in France and Germany. Jad is a graduate from two leadership programs within his former company GE, the Financial Management Program (FMP) and GE Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) during which time he worked in UAE, France, Turkey, and US spanning across eight businesses. In his free time, Jad enjoys travelling around the world reconnecting with his family and friends, exercising, cycling and attending music events.


Melanie is in the renewable energy business 12 years now, as previous employee of wind farm developers juwi and wpd. As a student she has been part of the new services and new business units team writing her thesis on the application of portfolio theory to the energy sector. Then, she supported site assessment topics almost 10 years dealing with wind measurement campaigns and resource assessment for several markets around the globe. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Energy Technologies specialized in Renewable Energies. In her free time she likes Yoga a lot, both practising and teaching. She travels frequently around Germany, mainly to the Alps or to the North and explores new sites abroad. Her favorite devices are her bike and her sewing machine.


Simeon graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of Surrey. As part of his studies, Simeon spent time on an exchange program at the University of Hong Kong. After graduating Simeon started working as a Securities Trader at a Sofia-based independent wealth management company, where he was involved in the trading of various types of securities for the ETFs and client portfolios managed by the company. Simeon then gained experience as a Portfolio Manager at an asset management company, where he performed various roles in the portfolio management process of some of the largest institutional investors in Bulgaria – from portfolio analysis and formulation of capital market expectations to preparation of investment recommendations and trade execution. Simeon is a CFA charterholder. He is also an Investment Consultant and Investment Broker licensed by the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission. Outside of work Simeon is a keen football enthusiast.


Ivana Tomasevic joined CWP Europe as HR Director, bringing over 12 years of extensive experience in human resources leadership. Prior to joining CWP, Ivana held the position of Group HR Director and Board Member at a prominent sportswear retail company. In this role, she successfully led HR operations across 13 markets, overseeing the growth of the team from 700 to over 6,000 employees.Ivana's expertise in team organization, leadership, and people development is evident in her impressive career, marked by numerous development projects aimed at unlocking the potential and knowledge of employees. A graduate in economics, she discovered her passion for HR early in her professional journey and has consistently delivered outstanding results.Beyond her professional commitments, Ivana is an avid sports enthusiast and traveler. Together with her husband and their two sons, she enjoys embarking on European journeys. Ivana is also a fan of concerts and gatherings, finding solace in books—a passion she has cherished since childhood.

Dessislav joined CWP in May 2022, currently taking the role of Head of IT and Process Improvement. He spent most of his career in the energy sector, playing a pivotal role in building efficient IT organizations at Entergy, Enel, ContourGlobal, and Globeleq. Dessislav has successfully led multiple ERP implementation projects to completion. He held overall responsibility for major business functions, including planning, organising, and executing all business processes, working closely with other functions like Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, Construction, Engineering, and Development. His other experience is in banking, telco, and retail. Dessislav focuses on value creation by enabling the achievement of full business potential through comprehensive IT process management.
Dessislav is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology (New Jersey) in Information Systems and Technical University (Sofia) in Computer Science.


Bogomila has dedicated her career to sustainability and holds a Master degree from Bocconi University, where she graduated in Green Management, Energy and Corporate Social Responsibility. Prior to CWPR she has experience as a sustainability consultant and renewable energy business development associate. She is supporting the development Power-to-X strategy for CWPR and is also involved directly with marketing and communications strategies across the PostScriptum Group. Outside of work, Bogomila dedicates her time to creating of culture and fostering creativity in youth, which she believes is the cornerstone for sustainable development. She runs a small platform for inspiration, where her passion for all things creative, combined with her deep connection with nature, brings about a truly engaging dialogue with her audience.


Sevda was among the pioneers in the wind energy industry development in Bulgaria. She started her work in the renewables sector in 2008 with the successful development and implementation of wind farm Vetrocom (72,5 MW). The park is one of the first wind projects in the country and was purchased by Apiq. Later she worked as Head of Project Management at Global Wind Power in the development and implementation of wind farm Shabla (42MW), sold latter to Enel. Since then she has been an active entrepreneur and has managed teams in several software companies. Currently in CWP she leads the Bulgarian Development team. Sevda graduated from the American University in Bulgaria and later obtained a master’s degree and in Energy, Infrastructure and Utilities from Sofia University. Outside of work she is a mother of two boys and enjoys time outdoors with her family and friends. She loves travelling, dancing, fixer upper renovation projects and repurposing DIY activities.

Luka is an electrical engineer highly skilled at renewable energy with focus on solar PV plants. He holds a MSc degree in electrical engineering from the University of Belgrade. Since 2017 he is in solar market - at the beginning in industrial and commercial applications with experience with Feasibility studies, Project design, Project management and O&M activities. Now, at large scale projects, he is part of CWP project development team focused on solar power plants in SEE region. Outside of the office, you can find Luka enjoying skiing, exploring nature, playing and watching sports or spending free time with friends and family.


Bogdan graduated from Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest, International Economic Relations and after graduation has been part of Trafigura Group, one of the largest global commodity trading companies, for nearly 14 years and the General Manager of Romanian subsidiary of Ecore Group, a major recycling company, for 6 years. He is also acting as Managing Director of Resalta Energy Romania and Deputy Manager of Next Energy Partners, Resalta's local joint venture partner. Next Energy Partner is part of a group of Romanian companies involved in producing renewable energy, supplying energy to end consumers, energy trading and developing projects together with CWP Europe, a leading global developer of renewable energy.


Gordan is a versatile professional with over 10 years of experience in the energy sector, ranging from energy trading (day ahead and intraday) and project development to the sale of wind turbine generators. Throughout his various work engagements, Gordan has successfully developed and opened markets in Ukraine, Kosovo, and Kazakhstan for GE. He served as a dedicated business developer, creating the necessary conditions for the sale and execution of wind projects. His finance background proved invaluable in facilitating engagement and coordination with U.S. and European financing institutions such as DFC (OPIC), ECA, and others. During his leisure time, Gordan finds relaxation in his music studio, indulges in motorcycle rides, and trains his dog Eliska.


Pëllumb Kallaba was a member of the Council of Supervisors of ONE Telecommunications (former T - Mobile) in Albania during 2019-2022. He holds a Joint European Master’s Degree in Comparative Local Development by the University of Trento (Italy) and the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia), as well as bachelor’s degree in Public Administration by the Southeast European University (North Macedonia). Simultaneously, since 2019 he has been a Senior Investment Adviser for Western Balkans at River Styxx Capital - a private equity investment fund based in Sofia, Bulgaria. During 2017-2018, Pëllumb was a country consultant with Sutherland Global Services for the Kosovo branch and supported the establishment of operations in the business process outsourcing sector. During 2012-2016, he served in the capacity of Chief of Staff/Political Adviser to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo, as well as conducted several specializations in the field of state-building, security sector review and foreign policy by the George C. Marshall Center (Germany) and the European Security and Defense College (Belgium). He has worked with CWP since the beginning of 2022.

Originally from Belgrade and educated in St. Louis, Missouri, holding an MBA in Business Administration and a BA in Business Administration with emphasis on International Business. Over 12 years of experience and expertise in mapping out permitting pathways and processes for large scale renewable energy and mining projects in Serbia and around the globe. Managed and permitted one of the world's best copper projects and successfully brought discovery of ore deposit all the way to commencing construction of a mine. Positive track record of building relationships with governmental officials / consulting agencies and conducting presentations to fostering rapport for the effective approval of applications. Developing, implementing, and monitoring company CSR strategies, policies, programs, and communication processes that promote sustainable development and project positive local and regional impacts.
